Izdavanje ljekarskih uvjerenja vršimo na pet lokacije:

You can visit us every working day from 09:00 to 17:00 at our office in Slatina and get a medical certificate in a pleasant and modern environment.

NOTE: We issue medical certificates for special working conditions and driver's licenses on Wednesdays and Fridays from 3 to 5 p.m. 

We are located at Albina i Franje Herljevića Street 39 (next to the Borovo shoe store).

We are the only private health institution in TK that has all the members of the commission for medical certificates permanently employed.

The full-time specialists who make up the committee for medical certificates, in our office in Simin Han, are:

- Prim Dr. Aida Drljević, specialist in ophthalmology
-Nurdina Mustafić, diplomirani psiholog
- Prim. dr. Vesna Smajić, occupational medicine specialist


Thanks to this, we have enabled you to issue all types of medical certificates every working day from 09:00 to 17:00, as well as on Saturdays from 10:00 to 12:00, at affordable prices:

-Medical certificates for acquiring, holding and carrying weapons: 80KM
