Kada se radi denzitometrija?

DENZITOMETRIJA je potpuno neinvazivna i bezbolna metoda. Traje 10 minuta sa minimalnom dozom ozračenosti. Snima se koštana gustina kičme i kuka.

Na osnovu tog nalaza i čitavog niza anamnestičkih i kliničkih podataka određuje se da li pacijent ima ili nema osteoporozu. Također, pored denzitometrije potrebno je uraditi set laboratorijskih analiza, prije svega kalcijumski status u krvi i u urinu i neke hormonske analize.Postoje i markeri koštanog metabolizma, koji takođe pomažu u procjeni aktivnosti bolesti. 

Ove pretrage rade se samo kad postoji indikacija. Ukoliko je nalaz denzitometrije u fiziološkim granicama, ponavlja se u prvih 10 godina poslije menopauze na svake dvije godine, jer ubrzani koštani gubitak poslije menopauze traje od pet do osam godina. Pacijenti kojima se propiše terapija trebalo bi ovo snimanje da rade jednom godišnje. 

OSTEOPOROZA je asimptomatska bolest. Prvi simptom je prijelom i zato se savjetuje ženama koje su u rizičnim grupama da posle 50. godine, odnosno nakon ulaska u menopauzu, urade denzitometriju. U rizičnim grupama su žene koje su: krhke, mršave, sitnije osteomuskularne građe (nizak bodimas indeks), pušači, žene koje nisu rađale, kada u porodičnoj anamnezi imaju osteoporozu, koje su ranije imale prelome, piju alkohol, koriste određene lijekove (kortikosteroidi, antiepileptici).Tu spada i čitav niz oboljenja u okviru kojih se javlja osteoporoza, najčešće bolesti štitne i nadbubrežne žlijezde, dijabetes, reumatoidni artritis.

Indikacije za denzintometriju:

  • žene u postmenopauzi koje ne uzimaju estrogen,
  • žene starije od 65 godina i muškarci stariji od 70 godina,
  • pušenje,
  • porodična istorija prijeloma kuka,
  • dugotrajno korištenje steroida ili nekih drugih lijekova,
  • određene bolesti, uključujući reumatoidni artritis, dijabetes melitus tip 1, bolest jetre, bolest bubrega, hipertireozu ili hiperparatireozu,
  • pretjerana konzumacija alkohola,
  • nizak ITM, odnosno BMI (indeks tjelesne mase)

👉 Prije svega potreban Vam je specijalistički nalaz u kojem je uvtrđena potreba za obavljanje denzitometrije izdat od strane specijaliste sa kliničkog centra JZU UKC Tuzla
👉 Uputnica u printanoj formi izdata od strane izabranog doktora medicine bilo da je to JZU Dom zdravlja ili Privatna ordinacija porodične medicine
👉Potpisana saglasnost zavoda
